Orders will be packed 1-2 business days after ordering and we ship using your chosen shipping method. Please allow 1-4 business days for your parcel to arrive after you receive your shipping notification.
RETURN POLICY
Epsilon Home is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products within 28 days of delivery in an unused condition.

Defective Products: In the event a product is received in a defective or damaged condition, the customer must provide photographic evidence to our contact email address. Epsilon Home will cover the return shipping costs. Upon receipt of the returned item, the customer may elect to receive either an exchange or a refund.

Non-Defective Products: Customers may also return or exchange non-defective products within 28 days. Return shipping is provided free of charge.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days following receipt and inspection of the returned product.
