1.Start With The Right Location
Where you place your diffuser has a big impact on how well it performs.
Choose a room with gentle airflow so the fragrance can circulate naturally, but avoid placing the bottle in direct sunlight, next to radiators or beside frequently opened windows, as these conditions can cause the fragrance oil to evaporate more quickly.
A hallway, living room or bedroom is usually the ideal location.
2.Choosing The Right Number of Reeds
Every Epsilon Home reed diffuser includes eight premium fibre reeds, allowing you to tailor the fragrance to your space.
As a general guide:

3. When Should You Turn The Reeds
Turning the reeds refreshes the fragrance by exposing freshly saturated ends to the air.
There's no need to turn them every day. Instead, turn the reeds when you notice the fragrance becoming more subtle.
Always do this over a sink or protected surface and wash your hands afterwards, as the fragrance oil may mark furniture if dripped.
4. Keeping Your Diffuser Clean
Dust can gradually collect on the reeds and around the bottle.
Occasionally wiping the outside of the bottle with a soft cloth helps keep your diffuser looking its best, while keeping the surrounding area clean ensures it remains an elegant feature within your home.
If any fragrance oil is spilled, clean it immediately using warm soapy water.
5. How To Know When It's Time For a Refill
Eventually, the fragrance oil will become low or the reeds may stop performing as effectively.
